Course Description
The course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge of basic communication skills to develop and maintain positive relationships and mutual trust within the workplace. Learners will learn about effective communication, barriers to communication, social and cultural differences that impact communication, and how to apply appropriate communication styles.

WSQ in Effective Communication is a level 2 certificate under Workplace Communication TSC.
